TURTLE SHELL PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS THE NEW YORK PREMIERE OF

8 MINUTE MADNESS YOUTH FEST

Turtle Shell Productions' 8-MINUTE MADNESS PLAYWRIGHT FESTIVAL OF 2009 is BACK for its sixth season, in our beautiful theater space in the heart of Times Square.
We've received an overwhelming number of scripts from playwrights across the globe, and of these, 11 original works have been selected for the festival.

THE FESTIVAL brings together directors, award-winning designers and members of Turtle Shell Productions' own in-house acting ensemble, The Troupe .

Plays are 8 minutes in length and are directed by four of our most innovative New York directors. Audience members will not only witness the birth of fresh up-and-coming writers, but will also have the opportunity to weigh in and vote on which performances win the two highest honors: 8 MINUTE MADNESS BEST PERFORMANCE BY AN ARTIST & THE PLAYWRIGHT OF 2009.

So, come and join us for a really fun and entertaining event in our theatre - right in the heart of Times Square! We look forward to seeing you there. You'll be glad you came!
